Aaron Hernandez‘s fiancee is concerned proof from the ex-NFL’s star’s death could be discarded … so she’s suing the Dept. of Corrections to make positive they preserve each and every single issue that could possibly prove he did not kill himself.
Shayanna Jenkins — the mother of Aaron’s four-year-old daughter — filed court docs Wednesday asking a superior court judge to protect against state officials from destroying video recordings, physical proof and prison records connected to Hernandez.
Aaron’s lawyer, Jose Baez, has recommended Hernandez’s death wasn’t suicide — it was murder — and he vowed to run his personal investigation to get to the truth.
It seems Jenkins is performing her component to aid Baez’s investigation.
The judge is hearing the matter Friday.
Hernandez died on Wednesday morning right after prison officials say they found him hanging from a bed sheet in his cell. Officials say Aaron left suicide notes in his cell and blocked the door to protect against officers from rescuing him.
